Adoption Requirements:

• Night-time Predator-safe Coop 

They need to be kept safe from nighttime predators, this also keeps them out of the weather and allows them to sleep without constantly being on alert.

• No Kill Contract

This is heavily enforced. We don't do rescue for someone to butcher them or for animal feed. 

We do follow up, and have NO issue filing in court if you do this.

We set up our rules for adoption with the animal's health and longevity at the forefront. We will always honor them, even if it means we have them for a very long time. At least then we know they're safe.

So taking free ducks to throw on a pond doesn't help us at all. Quite the opposite actually.
